How to add a Custom Network to Metamask

There are dozens of blockchains that MetaMask can interact with. Each blockchain needs to be added manually as a "custom network" before you can see your assets on that chain. There are a few different ways to add custom networks to Metamask. This article will go over the two primary ways to do this.

Easiest Method:



Link your wallet to Chainlist. You can add a network to MetaMask with a couple of clicks through this service. This is the easiest way to add a custom network on MetaMask.

Manual Method:



Follow these steps below to add custom networks manually in the MetaMask app itself:



Open Metamask and tap on the menu icon in the top right corner






Tap on Settings






Tap on Networks






Type in the network details (provided below)
